Return Eligibility

Defective Products Only

Returns are only accepted for products that are defective due to manufacturing errors, material defects, or damage that occurred during our production process. Defective products include, but are not limited to:

  • Awards or apparel with manufacturing flaws
  • Incorrect engraving or personalization due to our error
  • Damaged products received due to inadequate packaging by our company
  • Products that do not match the specifications confirmed in your order

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom products that were manufactured according to your specifications
  • Products damaged due to normal wear and use
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Products where the customer provided incorrect personalization details
  • Items that do not meet your personal preferences or expectations

No Exchanges Policy

Artemis Awards and Apparel does not offer exchanges. If you receive a defective product that qualifies for return under this policy, we will provide a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Shipping and Delivery Limitations

Lost or Stolen Packages

Artemis Awards and Apparel cannot be held responsible for packages that are:

  • Lost in transit after successful delivery to the address provided
  • Stolen from the delivery location
  • Damaged by the shipping carrier after leaving our facility
  • Delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error

Delivery Confirmation

Once a package shows "delivered" in the carrier's tracking system, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. We recommend:

  • Tracking your shipment using the provided tracking number
  • Ensuring someone is available to receive the package
  • Requesting signature confirmation for high-value orders
  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly for lost or stolen package claims

Return Process

Time Limit

Claims for defective products must be reported within 30 days of delivery date.

Reporting Process

To initiate a return for a defective product:

  1. Contact our customer service team immediately upon discovering the defect
  2. Provide your order number and detailed description of the defect
  3. Submit clear photographs of the defective product
  4. Await our return authorization before shipping any items back

Return Authorization

No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from Artemis Awards and Apparel. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender at the customer's expense.

Return Shipping
